In a 420 case, in which final report was already filed, thereafter one of the absconded accused was arrested, the first bail application was dismissed on the ground that prima face evidence against him and chance for absconding, the court come to that conclusion only relaying the objection submitted by the prosecution. In such a circumstances a second bail application before the same court will sustainable on the ground that the merit of the case was not discussed on the basis of the final report, if yes kindly mention the relevant citations

I will not disturb you again and again by my reply notifications on your device but i heartily wanted to say that I am making my notes on Cr pc and for that I was pursuing videos on you tube and there were many contradictions on what they said and what I read in my book..i am totally perplexed that I can't join coaching for judiciary as I am a student of second semester only but I want to prepare myself for judiciary......
