I’m 37 years old, and I remember being 9. It’s sad that a little boy was shot and lost his life over another man’s pride. All that boy could have and would have been was snuffed out in meaningless violence. His family will never be the same and they are also serving a life sentence by not having their baby boy in their lives. So sad they lost their son.

I lived off Leon street and remember when this happened. 83 babies was gaining traction in the city at this time and I remember taking out the trash just to hear the shots run rampant.. everyday I go to work I see the spot where a sign is posted for young Zy’on. Worst part about this gang shit is when innocent people get caught up in it; that happens way too much nowadays.
