It depends on you if you want to add POP inside the empty tissue paper roll or not but in this vase I didn't add POP inside the empty tissue paper roll. Thanks for Watching.
I honestly don't think that is how you shape it. If you were to put it horizontally to dry, the bottom soft liquidy substance would get smashed. If you put it vertically to dry, the liwuidy subsance would droop down. And it is not possible to overlay that thick and almost flawless maount of ubstance by the way you showed in you video as if how it is you did it. Shame, you could have just whosed the cast you used. Your drawing skills are good.
