The way to make six figures is to get the skill set that commands the salary. If you have a well-paid niche, you can start a business or do both. My husband has always been six figures, we were living in NYC. I started buying real estate out of state and then purchased my home in NYC. You have to really ignore negativity and zone in. I buckled down & put all my focus on my business hit my six figures about seven years ago and during the pandemic, I wanted to learn cybersecurity and also make six figures in that too. My goal is to eventually add it to my business model later this year.

Most of the people that listen to you don’t want to wait 5-8 years but, that what it takes to be financially fit.!!! I only make 75,000 a year and I more money than people that make 120,000 because I have a business that give me 1,500 a month that I use to pay my rent and my whole paycheck is for me to save and pay 💰 my Cell phone, gas, food that’s it. I rent cars to people that want to do Uber eats they pay me 150-325 a week depending which car I rent them. After I get out of work on Friday my job is to go to every driver and pick up my rent.
Being poor is a choice. There is so much money floating around this economy. Learn some motivation, education and skills. People are poorer than anytime in history because average work hours per week continues to shrink… people are lazy as shit these days

My question is what if you’re middle class with no debt you keep building your 401k and brokerage account. You can afford your bills to pay months in advance. By that being said you telling me you can’t be happy in middle class? While you on set to have 10+ million when you’re retired?

His whole point is: aim to improve, not wallowing in the middle…because the middle gets screwed over, the most. Take a risk, by taking some of that saved money to buy property/land. Even if you don’t do anything with the land..You can become lender via Private land contracts. Or build a small vacation getaway/off grid house for others on short term stays. You can buy some agricultural land, so that ppl dependent on you and what you sell or the services you provide, on said land. AD wants people to be prepared when sh*t hits the fan
I remember the 08 recession at my job we were super success that year! So 08 was good to me but it seems like when everyone was coming out that recession just a few years my job started going through it's financial problems! That being said you should always keep building even when things are good, you just never know when things can change on you! Try you're best to be prepared
This is the same thing that's going on with the below line workers in the *entertainment* industry. Many are middle class laborers that have to negotiate every aspect of their contract conditions. Unfortunately, AI technology and small time content creators *who don't have to beg cash strapped studios* for crumbs, have the understanding, adaptation, and advantage to put these *go along to get along types* out of work.
