1.75 is not canon, COTV has a phase 3 in which HM!Sans is revived... And used as a skeleton-sheild. Update: its canon now, but we havent seen the CANON 1.75, we have seen a teaser where COTV revived TITR to make Chaotic time trio work.
I mean, at the beginning of phase 5, we see 4 souls fuse, last breath's, KaB's, betrayer's, and another one that is probably agem and ainavols fusion's soul

Well, the only way for COTV to move to phase 3 is TITR dead so he will have enough DT for himself, which is we saw him in that form in phase 5
