I’ve been playing since world at war and black ops 3 was the series peak. No other game was as creative and fun as bo3, especially after they added the origins remaster with dlc 5. The only great map it was missing was motd.
I've been playing that long too and I'd agree. BO2 was my favorite for zombies but I think this was a sort of peak in terms of community engagement. First and only COD I bought the digital deluxe with the season pass for and it was so worth it.

Gobblegums are items that you get placed in gobblegum machines around the map. They work like perks but instead having the effect forever you have a certain amount of time or uses before it goes away.
Here are a few examples of GGs:
(The OP Ones)
Perkaholic - gives you all perks on the map (last forever until you die)
Self Medication - Revive yourself 3 times and keep all your perks when you get back
Undead Man Walking - This makes all the zombies on the map extremely slow (walking speed) for 4 minutes, very useful for late game
These are just a few examples of what gobblegums are and do. There's a lot more

omg you just have everything you need in the exact moment, when you were collecting the souls for the keeper (near mule kick) you were out of ammo, you killed the panzer, it gave you the max ammo. Then you used the anywhere but here for do the second puzzle and you just teleported very near of the machine, i used the anywhere but here and it teleported me to the rocket test zone xd. amazing video dude, you are awesome👍🏻

Nacht Der Untoten didn't have Easter Eggs. The closest thing to an EE in Nacht is if you knife a radio, it plays music. The first real EE was Ascension. That's the 7th map of zombies.

Thanos was planning the snap since 2008. Steve could do it in a few minutes.

How do you freaking know where the orb is every time!!
It's actually quite easy. If you listen closely you can hear just about how fsr away it is and a pretty good indication on where it'll be spawning in.
For example if you stand by the pyramid and it spawns in power room you'll hear the growl faint out faster than usual but if it spawns on the radio in communication room it'll growl longer

Just go for the thunderbow with a weapon like hvk30 or kn-44 those two give decent points.
Always build ragnaroks in communication room.
Shield always by the pyramid and make sure to utilize every zombie and round so you get most done in shortest amount of rounds 😉 that should help you beat it

Justin Flora use near death experience for the boss fight, it’s on one round the whole time so it doesn’t run out. Also the game continues after the ee so you can get the achievement, close the game and keep the gobblegums

Amazing run Steve, I don't think there can be much done to optimize this apart from that slip-up running on the walls in the 2nd step of the bow. Good job man!
To be honest, I don't like the complexity of these newer BO zombie games.
I like WaW and BO1 the best when it was just simple arcade styled piling up zombies and trying to stay alive, instead of feeding dragons, following wisps and beating "bosses".
(Not here to spread controversy, just interested if i'm the only one having this thought or if there are others like me hehe)
Although I must say, impressive run Steve.
this is all optional though. this map is actually one of my favourites to just hop in and go high rounds in. ive only done the egg twice.
FrenchFriesOfFury I see where you’re coming from, but as for this one in particular it’s a perfect mix between all those elements. Possibly the best futuristic style zombies map out.

I see all these year old comments comparing bo3 and bo4, and instead of biased opinions let’s look at facts.
Bo3 - overall way easier not just because gobblegums give you the biggest aid ever but also because it has jug which allows for a 6-7 hit system.
Bo4 - 4 hit system(if you don’t use the specials) no jug. Shield literally cost you money to repair. The game sucks you dry of your points. You can’t predict zombie movement because of how unorthodox they are.
Now the reason people hate bo4 is because it’s, too challenging and literally it’s just a remake of ever map we’ve had. Motd, Cotd, nuketown, five. Literally nothing original. They also changed everything, scrapped perks, changed point system, changed how shields work. It wasn’t zombies anymore. It was a high school remake of zombies. These are all facts regardless of what you or anyone thinks. Also holy frick some of these speedrun strats are so smart.
Bruh you literally start off with some op wonder weapon, you could get a *fire shotgun* as a starting weapon, wraith fires, and it costs nothing to use elixirs. Things like buying a shield are merely inconveniences and most likely you will have enough points anyway. Also jug was 4-5 hit on bo1 anyways

This is probably my favorite map ever, even beating out Mob of the Dead and Origins. It is a solid EE and a hell of a map altogether

At the time I “speedrunned” it I had ran into a glitch with invisible zombie way back in its beta version, but now I am better than ever and now know what to do
