In all seriousness though, um, I don't really have anything super informative to say. Ikazuchi is a boss song from CHUNITHM. It's one of the hardest in the series, being the first to receive the maximum rating of 13+ when it was added. Subsequently, it was rerated to a 14, and then to a 15 in CHUNITHM NEW, which is super recent! Very few songs get to be 15s in CHUNITHM. It's cool to see difficulty scales expand. Kinda wish that would happen to Taiko.
Ikazuchi is present in a bunch of rhythm games. It was crossed over to Taiko as well as GROOVE COASTER and SOUND VOLTEX on October 13th, 2017, as part of the fourth Tenkaichi otogesai event. Unrelated to this event and later on, it was added through CHUNITHM collabs to Arcaea, DJMAX RESPECT, maimai and O.N.G.E.K.I.. Because of all this and the song's trend of being extremely difficult everywhere making it a juicy target for dedicated players, a lot of rhythm gamers know this song!
This is my hardest Donderful Combo to date. It took me two sessions of playing throughout two consecutive days to get it. At first I wasn't seriously trying for it, but I had 14 OKs on it so I thought it might be cool to try to shave some OKs off my score. Then I got 11, then 9, then 4, then 2... and finally, 0! I'm very proud of this, and I'm glad to see the progress I've made on Taiko throughout these past few years.
