Say you accidentally exceeded 15 minutes once in the whole 2 years. Do you still declare it? Pay is biweekly and Paystub and Record of employment showed 36 hours for that pay period.

Hi Jade. Thanks for your very informative video. What happens when a student is forced to take an unauthorized semester break in the final semester because the tuition fee payment came in late from their home country due to forex issues, and couldn't meet the College's tuition payment deadline date? This student however has never taken an unauthorized semester break until this point because of the delay. What does the student have to do? Hopefully, you get to respond to this. Thanks.

Okay what if you had been working during CoVid and you did not attend classes because your family lost their finanaces but now at 2021 your family got their money back and you have been applying for study permit But you are not getting any luck they keep bringing up your violation despite you had explain the situation to them @jade Calver what do I do

HI Jade, Your video is so informative. As pe my scenario due to some confusion of the rules I have worked 40 hours as I am eligible to work only 20 hours for approx 2 and half months in Canada. Now I have stopped the extra hour of work. What shall I do to rectify this problem a. I want to take your consultation but the fee is very high for a student like us. Please suggest.

I started working from September 7 but hired in September 5 and I get my first pay check from September 5 to 18. As an international student if I deposit it , it's again the law to deposit and work early

Maybe, IRCC could ask for your payslips or call your employer, it’s best to declare your work experience to the government to avoid misrepresentation issues.
