Mobile Phone camera modules follow MIPI protocol mostly. I wonder how you have managed hook it directly to USB. Please post a brief about interface topology.
For those asking how he found the camera pin connection diagram: Using multimeter before removing the camera from phone motherboard, then 1. GND is very easy to find, it is shorted to GND of the phone 2. V+ is the 5V input from phone (this might be the hardest to find if you don't have experience in tracing the input voltage). Find pin that has no connection with the GND (but there might be more than one). The OP found out using diode test but does not show which one to test. Another way to find out 5V rail is to find the Power IC or Mosfet that gives the 5V to whole motherboard and find the direct connection. While the data lines are typically not directly connected to power rail (it has connection but has pull-up resistor like 10k Ohm) but directly connected to one of motherboard SOC leg. 3. Then the rest of D+ and D- are found by trial and error (using permutation). First, the testing is done by soldering & jumpering the pins of the camera (while camera still attached in phone board) directly to USB and then PC as seen in 8:09. And NOTE that only some cameras support direct USB interface. So, this will work only on few phone models. And if you guess the 5V line wrong, you might permanently damage the whole system.

This is been something I have a problem with anyone who claims they can use any pins on the camera module to USB conversion. It just doesn't work that way. I guess he meant to show the camera module number at the beginning from there he took down the numbers 12, 4, 16 and 20 for this module but he doesn't show the part where he supposedly read that from some module white paper. In any camera the control module has a make and model.. you can search for information on the web.
U didnt showed us which one is cameras power neagtive and positive and which were are data wires besides u took so much old key phone camera probably of some old 1.6 mega pixel camera and its output is like an hd cam?? No first you have to break it apart remove vibration motor completely then speakers completely then find back lighting wires make mini switch to disable screen . This will keep you from getting cought.

you know the OTG pin is not like that.....it's self-deception...there should be 5 usb pins, one for jamper (-) so that OTG can be detected
