    Thank you Torie!
I've had an undiagnosed autoimmune condition for 10 years (I'm now a 66 year old male). I've had another rheumatologist (2019) and Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, (2023) consult and they both believe it is Sjogren's. But I'm seronegative so that makes it tough to both diagnosis and treat.
Anyway, I just stated with a new rheumatologist in November and she wants me to log my pain, feelings and food daily, but I've struggled to come up with a way to do so that isn't a lot of work. I believe you have solved much of it for me after I discovered bullet journals a week ago after doing some Internet searching and today finding your YT channel. Thank you ❤

This is so inspiring! I have POTS, and am just getting into bullet Journaling (after years using the Happy Planner). I think creating special Trackers for my health will be super helpful, especially as I have such poor memory! The Stuff I Take Tracker is perfect, just what I was thinking I wanted, but not sure how to make it! Thank you❤

Do you know about Oxalates and how they effect joint pain. I noticed lots of the foods you eat have high Oxalates.
