Good to see your reports again. As usual a very professional presentation. My first ever visit to the Middle East was to Doha some 35 years ago and it got me hooked. However, my journey was not as exotic as this - Quantas jumbo economy to Kuwait followed by a short hop to Doha on a local carrier. Don't remember now who that was. The Quantas flight was singularly uncomfortable - packed cabin, fretful children, not pleasant. A few years after this I was living and working in Saudi Arabia.
Awesome video as always Homer :) the economy is 5 stars an all , after a few hours you get offered refreshments. They also have the signature smiles just like Emirates hehe :P

Thank you very much, my friend. Frankly, I had a conference in Doha:) But: I already booked my next flight on qatar as I totally loved it..it will hopefully be the new Dreamliner. No...not a dry airline..dont expect Homer videos from dry airlines hehe. Food was the best in the air I ever had..total restaurant quality..even more in the lounge. Whenb will we be able to savour finally a sfflyer video in HD, hehe?

Oh cant wait for full vid. What plane? I flew business with them on 330 and 777 but business was a double seat layout across the cabin. But that was a year ago maybe they upgrading all. The business and first terminal in Doha was fabulous.

Its a great idea to take such a video. To wlalk around with a cam in the terminal and talk is not a problem..its a ublic place. In a lounge make sure you dont capture other people close from front. And in the airplane..I always ask Crew before..and I avoid capturing other passengers. Dont film all the faces when you board. And well..if flight is too full i usually dont film. Looking forward to your trip report!
Channels like Discovery, NGC, Fox Travel.... should broadcast a show on your flying experience.... and it should be named as 'Homar in the sky'

NIce trailer - looking forward to the whole video. Somehow im not impressed with the Premium Terminal i Doha - all the lounges are becomming too big and reminds me of a big dining hall...same with the Emirate lounges in Dubai....
