Seth, I am curious how you have the ability to run with so many different boats. Are you working for a shop or do you have a sponsorship or just a nice private quiver? Loved the video and enjoy the focus of helping others see the run as many new kayakers are looking at videos of runs for that purpose. It is nice to know you have that focus and explain what rapids are not shown or are shown to help with that kind of video beta. I live just along the Clackamas and love teaching others as well. I would love to connect sometime. Cheers
Thanks Chris! I've worked at a few shops over the years, so in a lot of my videos I'm paddling demo boats. Currently I only own a couple of boats, but I regularly borrow boats from friends, shops, and manufacturers to test them out and shoot product reviews. I love the Clack, so stoked that it's opening back up soon! Add me on Facebook (same name as on here) and we'll see if we can meet up some time.
Really well done, Seth. Absolutely gorgeous. It looks just like you described it in the video, a really fun run, and not anxiety inducing at that level.
This was shot on a Hero 8 with all settings on auto. It was early in the morning and super cloudy, so the light is really well diffused which keeps the GoPro from doing all the crazy blowouts that it typically does on whitewater.
