I’ve tried a ton of these Japanese baits. I find they move very well in the water, but for the money they definitely do not last as well as they should, especially for the high $$ they’re asking and receiving! Also, my “1 bait is still the Berkley bait. It still out fishes everything I’ve tried by at least 5-1 and they last; It’s my go to tournament bait. I’ll out fish my partner over and over on them, he is now a believer! I’ve been using these Berkley baits for 30 years plus, since I was a marshal on a professional bass series. I forget the shimano’s reps name, but I’d definitely like to thank him for the tips and the techniques for that bait. The Japanese baits are still great with the scents they have. Kage-Awesome,Awesome,awesome reels and rods but I withish daiwa would make a full spool of braided line to fill the it without putting on backing!!
@@Gr8smalliehunter they all work and Berklry does have some good stuff I love the Maxscent tubes I have a ton of confidence in it ! A lot of the JDM stuff is hand painted so in some cases they will wear a bit more, but in my experience they tend to get bit a better with some battle wounds 👊 thanks for watching and leaving a comment 👍

@@SuperLukewalters Agreed on both points. Hook up does a great job breaking down tackle and techniques but they suck at hiding their bias I honestly can’t take any of their reviews or opinions seriously. Punch has been so f-ing annoying with his FFS posts specifically as of late.
I have the Raid Libero with the little underspin shad color and it works great for catching Smallies and Large Mouths I recommend it. Great video bud 👍🏻🎣
