Nice. The lottery was only in Lawson and not in 7/11. You just go in, pick up a ticket and tell how many tickets you want to buy at the cash register. A ticket costs 880 yen. I went to 6 stores and all stores had no limit. You can usually check which prizes are left before buying tickets. So I always go to several stores to see which stores has a high percentage of getting the A~D prize. I hope this answers your question.
I went to several stores, and I bought it when there were only 21 tickets left for one store and 28 tickets for another. 1 ticket costs 880 yen, so I used 18,480 yen and 24,640 yen to get 2 Tifa statues. You can get these at Lawson.

For the D prize, they only have 2 out of 77 so its hard to get unless you buy all 77. (A prize x2, B prize x3, C prize x3, D prize x2, E prize x16, F prize x24, G prize x27) They have 27 for the G prize, but I saw someone posting that there is only 1 out of 27 for the secret mini polygon, so I think the price for that will go up high too.
With the sword, its about 370mm. The height changes on how Cloud holds his sword. Without the sword, the effect is the highest point which is about 295mm. If you remove the effect, Cloud's right hand will be the highest point which is about 235mm. If your wondering the height of Cloud's head, its about 205mm. Also, the tip of Cloud's knee is about 140mm from the ground. I hope this answers your question.
