Super Street Fighter 4: C.Viper Rival Match (SSF4 Rival)

Doing a little research about Hakan, Viper decides to add him on the scouting list, when she suns into him in person, she sees that his file was a little wrong about him and viper decides that Hakan isn't worth scouting, this get Hakan mad a starts a fight. Against Hakan, I would say Viper can stand up to him, just not very long, Enjoy.

@AQWorldMelzar Hakan uses Olive oil I think Gasoline/Petroleum is the type of Oil that starts a fire. I could be wrong though.
