Sue and Don, I love and appreciate your videos!! I’m a visual learner and your vids help me a LOT! Thank you “sew” much for making them! I’m going to keep watching and sharing them with my other newbie friends ❤️

This machine looks too complicated for me! Just as well I would never be able to afford one! Lovely design Sue and the fabric is so effective. Love it. Thanks. I spend ages trying to decide which colours go together. I should just go for it.

Suggestion for Edge to edge quilting I saw on a video somewhere and Magnetic hoops .... Stitch around your quilt top (with the front, batting and backing ) 1/8th inch from the edge. Then I mark 1/4" from that. Now you can quilt up to your 1/4" mark as close as you want and you don't have to worry about your foot getting caught in the edge of the quilt top/batting. Now you have real edge to edge quilting. Then trim the 1/8" off the edge and add your binding. I've even added 3" scrap fabric to my edges with a basting stitch so my magnetic hoop has something to hold on to.

Why didn’t you use the backing instead of the stabilizer?

Sue can I ask wear do you find the print out templates for each design? Thanks

Hi Dianne, I can answer your question about this if you don’t mind. When you buy the designs from JuJu, the templates come with each of her designs in the download file as a .pdf. You have to unzip the folder to open it. Does this help?

@@sandyhearth8249 thank you. I will check when I get a chance. So when I go into all files of the designs like colour chart, pes, instructions etc it is in one of these? I have never seen template. People say I just print it out in their embroidery software but I don’t understand what they mean. I have always wondered where they are. Thank you for replying. 😊

I also advance using the +1. This will get my needle in position where I can tugs little so I’m spot on.

I also go to +1 stitch to see where the start point is. I find that makes it easier for me to do it this way.

Do you do the free APEX end to end designs the same way?
