If state and/or local water management officials would require permits and charge $5.00 per angler in local events and put it towards restocking. In my opinion, that would help the fishery’s. It would probably reduce the pressure with all of these little pop up derbies I see everywhere now.

That’s a good idea. As long as it went to stocking, I don’t think any angler would be against that. Thanks for watching & sharing your thoughts
