Sir how can I determine that, where we need to assign bracing as axial load bearing or tension bearing?

Hi sir, does purlin need to release axial? because it acts as beam, so mainly bending stress

It is better to consider all force components for purlin member design. If the axial force is small, then the force/capacity ratio will be negligible and will not affect the critical ratio. Also, interaction check is important considering axial + bending condition.

So, could minor bending or axial force be large? In this case the section it self needs change if so
