Caro was in the QF. Vika was the semi and Maria Sharapova was embarrassed\throttled\decimated\humiliated in the final. 3 number ones were humbled by Serena. I don't think Serena lost a set during this Olympics. I don't recall her giving up that many games.

Also, I know that when I play I like to hear the ball come off my opponent's racket. I could therefore determine how much pace I need to respond in kind.
