23:21 Exactly same things happen to me whenever I sleep I felt a heavy burden on my chest and my body use to paralyzed until I recite Ayat ul kursi even in imagination if I recite Ayat ul kursi, I get myself free from the burden , bad dreams and paralysis. I started reciting Ayat ul kursi, all 4 kul and Surah Mulk before sleep. Alhamdulillah now I'm free from all those problems. I request everyone to recite Surah Mulk it's really helpful. Please don't trust anyone except Allah. Only he can resolve our problems. May Allah SWA bless us and guide us to the righteous path. Jazak Allah Khair😊

I have been through sleep paralysis please do a detailed session about it, i still cannot think about thst time it was so painful for me but Alhamdulillah i overcame it with tine with the help of Allah Swt i know one thing forsure why i was so vulnerable to it back than because i was suffering with the loss of my mother i was in a great depression but when i made peace with it accepted Allah's will it all get sorted out SubHan Allah
