My house in North Hero is dead center on the Eclipse.......so now I just need a clear sunny day on April 8th!
How's the economics over there? Is it healthy enough for new residents. .? How's the housing market? What a 100k can buy a house there? And how the health care there?
I am 33 all the ppl that have moved up here sense 2020 has made it really hard for locals be able to afford a house people keep moving up here making more houses. N buying houses n trying to sell them for to much. Personally I love it here I’ll never move.
