Great job, Log! The quality of the video is incredible, I never cease to be amazed at your progress, and in particular I want to thank you again for the humorous inserts, this is just next lvl 😂💪
Awesome review, I really enjoyed the shape comparisons and attention to detail on the shape. With so many new mice being announced, especially with Xtrfy waking up from its slumber, it's a good day for new mouse shapes. Looking forward to your reviews of those mice as well. Cheers!
Thanks for the feedback 😁 I am keen to check out the xtrfy range, I like different shapes, not such a huge fan of reviewing the same(ish) mice all the time, so I'll deff dip in to the xtrfy range. I was hoping they'd release an mz1 pro, no such luck this year! Take care man
@@Log_Pile Out of curiosity, I have question regarding shapes. What would your ideal shape be, if you had the opportunity to make a mouse shape yourself? Appreciate you responding to comments. Cheers!
zowie have always had so many good things going for them, mainly their really well thought out shapes and complete lack of needed software. but their scroll wheels and side buttons were stuck where they were back in like 2011 for the longest time. it's nice to see them start to really improve
The U2 feels like a big step forward for them honestly. The games have changed, the specs have changed, wants and wishes have changed, its good to see zowie acknowledge that

It looks really promising. Only two major issues in my opinion. The mouse wheel is too tense and loud, and the buttons aren't seperated from the rest of the shell, which can cause click inconsistencies (Also, the 4 ms click latency while not being a big deal at all, could be better). Other than that, it seems Zowie is back in the game.
Hey Mike! They've toned the sound down on the scroll wheel ALOT compared to their other mice, and I see a lot of people talking about the uni body shell. It does feel like Zowie is back!
First of all, thank you very much for the detailed video. I noticed right side of mouse is too thin to place my ring and pinkie finger. I am using DAV3 Pro and it was too big and bulky for my hand so I tried U2. The coating is very good, apart from keeping sweat and dust, and the thumb placement is wonderfully comfortable, and the palm literally locks, maybe I even felt a little pressure, but the placement of my ring and pinkie fingers was uncomfortable. I wonder what you can recommend instead, which is suitable for hand measurement? Hand size 18.5x10.5cm. I'm holding pincer claw. What about Vaxee outset ax or np-01 or np-01s?
Hey Yasi, I'm gutted the u2 doesn't work for you! I would suggest you try the np01 (your hands are the same width as mine, and it fits in my hands like a glove)
@@Log_Pile I had the ec1cw as well. However I mainly play Fortnite. The low hump makes it hard. I use a g703 mainly and Im trying to adjust to the gpx2. I have eyes on the u2 and the new alienware pro wireless. The alienware looks to be a slightly wider gpx. U2 Looks to be small. Its designed for fortnite so I may test it.
Can you do the aggressive claw pinky and ring finger separated BUT with a straight thumb instead of curled thumb, with this mouse? I am curious since this is my grip with the Zowie S2.
I would say whatever pad you are comfortable with on other mice, honestly. I don't typically change my pads to suit my mice. I do change my pad to suit the game though.
looks almost identical to delux m800 ultra on eloshapes, except for the non-flared m1&2. Bought my ultra for 34€, this costs 170€ and it wieghs 11 grams more... None of the chinese brands seem to do ergo shapes they should probably stick to that on team Zowie. Ok who am I kidding this will probably sell lots of copies regardless
I'm not sure about the m800, but Jakeu has used that mouse AND the Zowie U2 and he didn't mention any similarities in his review. Who knows, maybe it is similar - I can guarantee it's no where near as well built though. I expect it to sell like hot cakes, although the EU price is a bit steep, sadly.
Such an L take! Zowie side buttons are easy to hit and don’t require you to adjust grip style just to hit them unlike with other mice with horrible side button placement
@@jezusfantasticus yeah but they protruded them out of the shell after S2 release and didn't round up the edges of them -> they dig into your thumb causing sores in long sessions.
If you enjoyed the video, consider hitting "Like and Subscribe" too!! It helps me out a bunch - Peace.
Great job getting a review unit brother. Much love and solid coverage 🫶
Thanks Lemonade!! I'm very grateful Zowie gave me the chance to cover this one early ❤ Have a great day bro

Great video! The quality was so good :) The shape is cool and unique from what I have seen.

Great review and nice shape comparison! 👍This U2 looks very interesting. I may try it as well 🙂
Thanks Oli, HNY bro 🙏

subbed because i have large hands and you have the review that mentioned. Thanks. Excellent review.
Thanks man, out of interest, what do you use? I'm an EC1-CW enjoyer currently

Hey dude, sorry for the delayed reply. Yes i believe you can, I have just tried it and it feels nice. altho i havent played in game with this grip. 🫡
good stuff brother! looks like a solid mouse
Thanks Jigsawh!! 🫡 HNY to you brother 🙏

great review
Thank you Halo!!
Ay yo, that’s awesome 🪵 Great video and excited to get my hands on Zowie’s new shape 🫡⚡️
Thanks Volta, it's probably a good size for you 🫡 have a great day bro 🙏
what is your main mouse now?
I am using 3 mice ALL THE TIME, the NP-01S, AX and the EC1-CW, but I think the EC1-CW is probably my number 1. What abojt you?
What is the best mouse pad for u2?
I would say whatever pad you are comfortable with on other mice, honestly. I don't typically change my pads to suit my mice. I do change my pad to suit the game though.
@@Log_Pile thanks 😊
zowie is back
It feels that way!! I love to see it 😁
Maybe they'll do a wired version? Also can go lighter too 50-55 grams
Zowie said they will be focusing on making a wireless version first
I've no idea honestly, I'd expect that to come MUCH later if they do develop a wired version
Yeah later down the line there will be a wired version
Am an old bone l, like my wired mice 🤪
@@blazestation408 understandable 😁 I wish it didn't bother me as much as it did. Would save me a fortune 🤣
no shorter version? i skip
🤣
PRICE?
about 130 i believe
thought this was a classical piano channel but theres this guy talking over it
Maybe someones "piano-ing" over my talking?! 🤣

Clear skates
Side buttons still same sharp edges? man zowie ruined their mice after they protruded the side buttons from S2 onwards

I'm personally a big fan of the side buttons, they don't feel too sharp to me.
