- Unused lines where it seems like Edelgard defeats Hubert, Dimitri defeats Dedue and Claude defeats Hilda and Vice Versa in Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes. Please let me know if you have an idea where these could take place

Import Edelgard as a playable character into a Blue Lions campaign and try killing Hubert, Monica, or Jertiza with Edelgard.
It's not an interaction you should be seeing in a normal 'canon' campaign but it totally makes sense in like an official character challenge or omake situation where you can go full smash bros.

Probably something similar to a history mode inside the first fire emblem warriors if there is a history mode in fire emblem three hopes

Maybe during the secret chapters, Arval was actually going to bring in Hubert, Dedue and Hilda instead of making phantoms of them. As for the lines regarding Monica, Lorenz, Ignatz, and the lines where Hubert, Dedue and Hilda kill off the house leaders, I’m not sure.
Dedue's line makes me believe that theory
Considering Dedue and Dimitri's lines I'm inclined to believe that for those lines.
maybe there was one more 'phase' to that battle where they were summoned but was cut short or something? :o

Hubert's line to Edelgard is really interesting. Like he needs to forcibly stop her from doing something for some reason. Kinda makes you wonder what a recruitable Hubert in late AG would look like.
My guess is for postgame content. In the last FEW they would just slap random boss units on the postgame maps (which were totally divorced from main story) and said units would have unique dialogue like Marth telling his friends how sorry he is that he just melee grabbed them.

These sound like something you'd hear in history mode back in FEW1, where you could have playable characters fight each other. Makes me wonder if Koei planned a similar mode for Three Hopes, cut it and just left the voice clips in anyway
Part of me hopes they're used in an unlockable mode after beating all 3 routes, though that's just wishful thinking
Possibly DLC? I'm hoping that the Three Houses Timeskip outfits become available soon
@@niccologomez5199 Yeah i was thinking that too. Seems an optimal thing to add, its either already fully made, or mostly made and rady as is.
We should have had a History Mode in 3Hopes. Lack of post-game content is upsetting.
@@0axis771 With all the unused content, all signs are pointing to one of two things.
A: The game was rushed and somewhat sizable parts of the game had to be cut
B: They're planning DLC and accidentally left some stuff in
This is interesting, they remind me of the 3 Houses lines that went unused for when certain characters kill other specific characters.
Tho compared to those, these lines don't feel quite as intense, specially Dedeu's, I would expect him to be much more torn if he ended up hurting Dimitri.
So who knows.
The reason the content these lines were from was cut is because Monica was too into getting defeated by Edelgard so Edelgard had to go to HR with it.
These line would have been more applicable if Three Hopes had a mode like DW8's ambition mode, Pirate Warriors 3's Dream/Nightmare log and the first FE Warriors' History mode. Auxilary battles are suppose to be that but playable/unique enemies rarely appear on those levels and usually appear as final bosses of each levels, so defeating them won't trigger any of those lines.
Maybe a DLC will give us that kind of mode? I hope so.
Maybe these lines were used for some future side stories where they face each other
Or some weird pvp mode
Warriors games usually have alot of "What if" scenarios or "Conquest or Mercenary" modes where you just go stage after stage to get some extra stuff, could come from that if they want to add such a thing.

I accidentally clicked on a random line and thought I had spoiled myself something, but it didn't go anywhere. And I don't think it's used in that one paralogue?

Most likely these will be used for DLC. Probably bonus content to unlock extra classes, weapons, or skills. Previous Warrior games had these extra missions that work more like challenge modes.
Not sure if someone's already explained this, but these lines come from missions that you access from Three Hopes' Strategist menu! When replaying missions in NG+, units from your previous playthroughs as well as units that are currently inaccessible at the current point of the story (e.g. Rodrigue during certain segments of Azure Gleam) are accessible as playable units regardless of the route you're currently playing on and the route of the mission you chose. To make each battle 'make sense' with a mix of characters, they added these lines!
For example, playing the Golden Wildfire mission 'Breach Fraldarius Territory' has you fighting Felix at the end, and if you play as Catherine, Dimitri, or Rodrigue, you get unique dialogue that can only be found through playing strategist mode! Same applies to all of the examples in this video, try it yourself by going back to missions that have these characters as bosses while using their own route exclusive characters! Honestly it's one of my favourite little quirks of this game.

So can you lose units through betrayal? I haven't gotten the full version yet. But I wonder if that's so, how it might impact the experience.
Maybe additional free battles? In FE Warriors 1 and Hyrule Warriors 1 you had these "maps" you had to traverse with additional levels with their own objectives and you could choose any units you wanted.
Perhaps those are special lines that would play when you beat the units using these characters
Unlikely. In that case, they'd probably have made them play from beating the unit with that character from the record keeper
