Great video as always. Couple of quick questions: 1 - Which release of switch FW were you running ? If not EA have you tried that ? 2 - Would you generally recommend multicast filtering / IGMP snooping being enabled for surveillance VLANs (Cameras + NVR) as opposed to just media networks (AirPlay etc) ? 1) 7.1.26. No, I don't use EA firmware. 2) For a VLAN you don't expect multicast traffic, the only benefit of enabling IGMP Snooping I can think of is to prevent potential DOS attach by using multicast floods.
I tried it today but could not make it work. - I started a video source from WAN. - I enabled IGMP PRoxy on WAN port. - I started video client from LAN. - I monitored both WAN and LAN IGMP tragic. From LAN, I could see the IGMP packet related to the IGMP group I spesified, but from WAN I did not see the packet. To put it another way, I don't see the effect of a "proxy". I cannot figure out why.

I’ve read that the routers can now accept multicast IPTV from the WAN side. Have you checked this yet?
@@sanpietroprogettista9887 I don't use IPTV, but may check it with VLC if I know where to enable it... I am not aware of a setting for it.
@ under WAN in internet options there is an iptv streaming option.
