I used to live on the AL side of the state line, Mobile county and yes, we had plenty of Billy's around. The main difference I see between this Billy and the ones I knew is that she looks a lot cleaner and the ones in South AL have no problem getting super violent over nonsense. If your kids left a bike on the edge of their yard, they might scream at you but they'd also probably threaten to burn your house down or shoot your kid. Many would snatch the bike up and run it over with their car. And they'd start fist fights over nothing.
