Yung mga veteran kasi parang matatakot kang magtanong ng details kasi sikat sila at parang ayaw mong masayang oras nila kung di naman bibili. Mas gusto ko mga gantong approachable na agent. Tsaka yung mga veteran, may dagdag sa presyo ng bahay 1% ng price ay sa kanila

Minsan kasi, itong mga opisyales ng mga homeowners association ay masyadong ambisyoso they want to turn the subdivision into exclusive ones tulad ng Dasma Village or Forbes Park or Ayala Heights. Some associations have even gone as far as over-politicizing their positions and over-extending their authority kaya me mga kaso ng unfair case treatments and one-sided grudge settlements or arbitrations. Some of the cases get so bad as to require government legal intervention in the person of HLURB | Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board.
That's the reality of some of these subdivision Homeowners Association. Mga feeling powerful and rich.

I have no Complaints about the Host, she is doing her best to show the house. My complaints is about the price without having a bathtubs and a swimming pool for the price of 22 to 25 Millions👈👈 way too high not even a nice View!!! Why would I want to see my Neighbors houses as my View? For that price? The houses are too close to each other. Because the Lot are too small

Hindi stable ang camera, hinihingal ang presenter, hindi familiar sa terms, at least familiar sana sa construction materials na ginamit sa bahay, kulang ang info, di rin professional ang way of presenting.
