What about specific personal jurisdiction for a corporation for specific actions directed in one state? For instance, what if a corporation directs false and/or deceptive advertising/marketing while plaintiff is in State X, and then plaintiff goes to State Y where the corporation fails to meet its obligations, can there be specific personal jurisdiction in State X?
