421 watts. What do you feel like after a grand tour? Are you obliterated or can you function? How long does it take until you could do a real effort, say a 2 x 20 workout, and hit your numbers?
You look spent, Harry! I hope the rest of the season goes well, I cheered every time I saw you on the climbs with Richie, you did EF and your teammates proud. Suerte para la semana que viene! 414W is my guess.
Second comment: that Cannondale in EF Colours is so amazing. Really liking the elegant and svelte shape of the frame compared so some of the enormous tube sections we got going on these days.
Could you make an in-depth video on what cycling clothing you wear for training, along with tips for winter riding? It would be helpful to cover layering techniques for different types of rides. E.g. would you wear a different outfit for threshold training compared to a zone 2 ride when it’s 8°C outside? Also, do you do anything special to your bike to make training easier during the winter?
Haha watched the same race today! Valiant effort by Jakob during his holiday. Love your videos and especially the food you make, impressive how fast you managed to get it out! 424W good luck!!
Nice work in La Vuelta! Was great watching you with Ritchie. EF becoming a favourite team on mine. I’ll guess 421W avg power for your TT. Have fun in the off season!
Congrats on a solid season so far Harry! Absolutely love your content, especially the cooking videos. Need more of those! I am guessing your avg power will be 422W.
Really enjoying the vlogs, especially your cooking 👨🏻🍳 Was great to see you cook in the Peleton as well this season 🔥 Based on my knowledge of 3k bike km I'm gonna guess it was 417W.
Thank you for another great video, It was great to see you at Vuelta and I am looking forward to seeing you racing but also posting new videos. Regarding the watts, I would say you pull out 456watts

Love the vids as always. Any chance you could give a detailed description of your on bike nutrition on that 5hr ride and rides in general pls? How much amacx do you need for 100g/hr!
Hey Harry! Was nice to see you race the Vuelta in the streets of Portugal (although apparently you were struggling)! Hopefully Rui has shared with you some local restaurants and places to visit on the offseason. My prediction is 439w
Love the videos, Harry. I'm gonna go 349W , Would you say andorra has a lot going on for a family break , restaurant, shopping, good hotels, etc ? , I took them all to girona a few months back, everyone loved it, especially me at 7.00 am going up els angels 😁😎 ❤
We loved seeing you at the front of the peloton at La Vuelta, 26K cal per week...🤯 TdL TT, I'll go 453W avg power. Off season trip...November? Got to be Southern Hemisphere. Explore the Amazon river.
Right so for the watt guessing, I decided to put in way too much effort into what is essentially a guessing game. Your average power for the stage 21 iTT (24.67 km, 204m of elevation) was 416 W to a 428 W normalised on a relatively technical but open course. The stage 1 iTT (roughly 12k, 10m of elevation) had you doing 449 W to a 454 W normalised on what was essentially a straight line, pan flat. The stage 4 ToL course is 15,6 km with 269 m of elevation. The course comes with a pretty pronounced climb at 6.8 km, peaking at roughly 8 km into the stage. It comes with a descent that goes from 13.7 km and goes to the finish. Based on the fact that neither iTT is similar, and neither is the 2023 stage 3 Romandie iTT (most recent one that is somewhat comparable in distance and elevation). I am going with a solid guesstimation of 418 W to a 445 W normalised. Also; rename the series 'sharing an oatly' and be so on-brand you get an instant masters degree in marketing Edit: only 3 watts off XD
Would love solid recommendations on olive oil, coffee, things you’ve been able to discover that might be out of the ordinary for us in the press of life
