Sir .please make a point to tell that two examination has immensely hindered our Right to equality..as the paper on 13th December and paper on 4th jan was not at equal level playing field ..the main issue should be this following others ..ONE EXAMINATION ONE PAPER

Sir, we appreciate your stand and whole student community is indebted to you❤️ as far as today's argument in the high court concern, it is disappointing to see an eminent team of Mr. Y.V giri is not focusing on normalisation issue, article 16 and rule can't be changed while the game is on. Bpsc itself clarified in it's 6th Dec press release that normalisation is not part of 70th BPSC recruitment and evaluation process. Why we are not using it against bpsc. We are sincerely weak at paper leak issue as none have any strong evidence but verbal stories which won't be acceptable by court. It's a matter of equal opportunity to all. Fight them where they are defeatable. Hope my words reach to those in the charge of the matter. Feeling pity for myself that I couldn't come to Patna physically
Very rightly said. Also They said that they will give the results through scaling . But they have not told what do they mean by it or there has been no notification regarding it. Plus they cant change the rules while the game is on. So I wonder how can they give the results in the first instance only. They have not even clarified to the court also about what they mean by the term scaling .

The psychological pressure which aspirants have undergone past few months should also mentioned due to bpsc irregularities..they are culprit on ethical grounds too ..we were not supposed to be subjected to such inhumane treatment.
