I wonder if he harvests from an orchard and farms sometimes because I know he harvests from the wild for sure. But some of the locations look like they were planted to be harvested by the locals use. I'm not sure though. In the US we don't have shared farms or anything and I never know if other countries are allowed to freely grow their own food.
@rokomarivlogr32189 I know it's definitely still happening in Yunnan, China because I follow a few people there as well and they do seem to have shared farms or they help out on farms and are paid in food or whatever they helped out with. Penji has even traveled out of her own city/village and brought back techniques and ingredients from other areas. I think that's really cool. We can't really do that in the US.

Asian people used to share fruit with there neighbors and close person it very common
