Does the poison only spawn on right? Or is it only outside the totem circle?

@@Rezzk1n the poison is everywhere except for the middle spawn area, the goal of doing left totem solo is to stay on the totem just enough to reset it, and leave before the poision ramps up enough to kill you and repeat till you teammates get enough deathsinger stacks to finish the encouter
