    I used to detail a Cupra in that same colour combination and when it was done it looked amazing. I have never used Titan as a wax topper as I use Seal or rinse on my cars as I change the wax I use on a regular basis but I might try that sometime as the shine of Titan is second to none. Another good watch.

      Thank you for watching. Yes it definitely looks amazing in that colour when clean. Yes so I have the Seal product as well, but wanted to try something different with this one as I found that titan is really good before applying wax or after. Whatever way you use this product, it just does an amazing job 🙌

    Great video mate, car came out looking brand new. Still undecided on that mjjc shampoo, I'm a fan of the lance applied shampoo for the contact wash but I think the mjjc stuff is just too expensive.

      Thank you mate. Yes the lance is great for sure. The shampoo I'm the same, it's good for the contact wash but would I buy it again once it's finished probably not. I agree they are expensive but I guess when you gain sure s good reputation for how good their cannons are, I can understand why. Thank you for watching and your comment 👍💪

    Great video and the first one of yours I've seen. I guess the YT algorithm put this in my feed as i have a CUPRA Born sat in the driveway.
    Just one question. When you apply the second lot of foam and then wash off with the mitt, 9:01 do you have a clean water rinse bucket to keep the mitt dirt free?

    • @the_jnlt_channel
      @the_jnlt_channel  2 месяца назад

      Thanks for watching! Ah at least YT algorithm is pushing my videos out there haha and thanks for choosing to watch my one!
      Yes so when I applied the shampoo through the foam cannon, I have a clean water bucket to rinse the wash mitt every 2 panels or so. I make sure the pre wash is spot on to have hardly any dirt left on the paint work.
      This video is 1 year old now, some of my newer videos should show this more clearly. Please have a watch and give some feedback, would be much appreciated.

    First video I've sent if yours, looks like I've got a bit of a back catalogue to get through 😃. I've seen that Pure used by a few now, think I may have to get the wallet out. Is it used instead of an IPA or panel wipe? All the best.

      Thanks for watching 💪 oh yeah, I've got a few for you to get through haha. Got a lot of new ones coming up as well. Yes definitely recommend Pure and Titan, they work so well together for sure 🙌 yeah you can use it instead, I think it is better personally because it really gives a clean & smooth area to work on. I like to try different products and different ways to do things but at the moment I think pure and Titan are the best combo 🔥

    • @the_jnlt_channel
      @the_jnlt_channel  Год назад +1

      Hi, thank you for watching and your comment. If I'm honest I wouldn't recommend a self wash. Best practice is to wash the car following the steps I show in my videos for safe washing. Also all the products I recommend are linked in the description of all my videos.

      @@radualien1 if just the sun roof then just the same as the windows on the car. If a soft top roof, then I will have a video coming soon how to clean one 👍

    First part shows rear plate can't be read so technically illegal in the UK. I personally would NOT put a high pressure jet that close to modern paint work. Foam cleaners can leave residue so I avoid them and can take a lot of water to rinse. Hand cleaning should be in very straight lines just in case something is still on the paint work. Always be careful with cheap tyre dressing as some actually dry out the rubber tyre and can cause cracking. Be careful which alloy cleaner you use as some are for painted and some for unpainted alloys. Meguiars is good stuff. My personal taste is wet power wash, Turtle wax shampoo (because it works) with 2 buckets (warm water) and hand mit, rinse then paint Meguiars paint sealer. Alloys cleaned with Auto Glym alloy cleaner for painted wheels left to soak. My light grey car stays looking good and easy to clean. NEVER use Auto Glym polish as it just hides scratches until you next wash the car,its used by car dealers all the time.

    You seem to go against almost every other detailer on youtube by rinsing the car off from the bottom up, any reason for this? To me, it's the wrong way round, what is your thinking on this subject.

    • @the_jnlt_channel
      @the_jnlt_channel  Год назад +3

      There is no wrong or right way to rinse the car on the pre wash. The reason I do this, you can see where you have been and don't risk missing an area. The idea of the pre wash is to push the dirt of the car and this works better in my opinion from bottom to top. Also you want the cleaning product to work as long as possible on the parts you haven't been, if you wash from the top the water will run down removing the product which is not then doing the work anymore to remove the dirt. Like I said there is no wrong or right way, it's just the way I believe is best for me. You will see a few detailers do this also, which will be for the same reason. Thanks for watching and your question 👍

      No worries at all. I want to remove as much dirt as possible before the contact wash and also not miss anywhere, so that is why it works for me. Thanks again 👍
