- Love, lust, faith and dreams. These are the key words of the album marking the return of Thirty Seconds To Mars after 4 years from "This Is War" and the record-breaking tour (3 million viewers). Introducing a preview of "Love Lust Faith + Dreams" (to be released on May 21st, 2013) is Jared Leto, actor, director, but mostly singer and frontman of the popular poprock Californian band who will perform in Italy twice next summer, on July 13th (Lucca) and July 14th (Piazzola sul Brenta). In addition to talking about the new album and the collaboration with Dita Von Teese and Damien Hirst for the video "Up In The Air", Jared talks about his film projects and indulges in unexpected revelations about his past...
I have to admit, we could all learn from this man. He is talented, works hard, and just accepts people as people.

He wanted to sell drugs or make art and I think he kinda does both becouse his art is like a drug for so many people :) I like this interview without stupid interviewers asking stupid questions, just Jared talking honestly about his music, the band and family, I really love it. I'm super proud of Jared and Shannon. It's hard to think that they actually struggle a lot when they where little. Jared is so grateful, full of love and soul. I admire him a lot and really hope someday I could just seat down and chat with him, human to human not fan to artists, not girl to boy, just humans who love art and peace.
This man's mind is freaking amazing. I love this clip, it's so nice to see someone of his fame being real and speaking about very personal things. Shows that he is human just like the rest of us. This album is the most inspiring album I have heard by this band. Their music hits home, and I love all the different things they are out there doing to interact with fans. Definitely a band I can respect. :)

I have all of their albums. I have also recently watched several interviews with Jared Leto. I respect him. He seems intelligent as well as very grateful. I hear he is one of the contending actors to play Dr. Strange in the upcoming Marvel film and that role should go to him, absolutely.
nah he's playing the joker I don't think they'd have him playing a villain and a superhero that'd be weird lol
+Zach Ryan also Dr. Strange is a marvel hero and Joker is a DC villain, i don't think he would be in both cinematic universes.

i’m also someone whose mom was a 17 yo high school drop out, also one of the few ppl in my family that has actually graduated in high school.
We had no one going to military but the options were jail and sometimes things as hard as it.
I feel so proud of the fact my mom could make a better life for herself and her child.
I learned so much with Jared and think he is indeed a phenomenal person.

The day my girlfriend( wife now) and i went on a over 1000 miles trip to get to see Jared live in the south of Brazil was a life changing event(experience).
Jared is so dedicated to the things he does that he becomes someone to be followed, i feel like he has so much to teach people.

jared is like my favorite person ever. he's been for at least 4 years, and just everything that comes out of his mind - directing, songwriting, even the movies he chooses to be in - seems just so different and unique and i understand it in a messed up way. I mean sure he's gorgeous and that's why lots of people pay him attention - but he's much more. He's everything, he's everything that inspired me to become who I am. I've changed just because I learned about him.
All I can say is Finally a meaningful interview that lets up peek inside the creative mind of Jared Leto. I feel I have a bit more insight to where Jared and the band are and where they might be going. It's exciting! Jared seemed humbled & relaxed... open to discuss the album more in depth and his life growing up. This album for me is the most personal to them, it's like finally they are opening to us and Jared has said it so many times that this album is about celebration of life, like we're alive, so do something, fight for what you want or die but no, they are complaining about the sound of the album, wich i think is exquisite!

Couldn't agree more. Music is meant to be explored and experimented with and the fact that people are getting bent out of shape because they don't sound how they did when they made A Beautiful Lie is just stupid. Some bands mature as they age and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. The thing with 30STM is that every album is different, which I love. They've always had a unique sound regardless of genre.

Jared Leto - 30 Seconds to Mars is my favorite band after Linkin Park. This band is giving beautiful songs and I just love it. I really felt happy when he said he wrote songs even in "INDIA". That is true because the song "Pyres of Varanasi" is the proof. "Varanasi" is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and the oldest in India !!! Also they played "HOLI" - festival of colors in the video "UP IN THE AIR". "LOVE LUST FAITH + DREAMS". NAMASTE _/\_.
