I bought the Warwolf at Stroud-Eklund Staryard using the throught the wall glitch there, and added two shielded cargo to it. It’s class A with 23 reactor. You just need to buy a Balanced Boost Pack from Overland to use this glitch and then it’s mich easier than the whole run at Jemison.
after you loot the chest, dont jump, just look straight up and you can buy another ship, look down and loot back your cash. lol. if he walks over and stands on the silver floor section Im not able to talk to him though. he moves around sometimes
I just jump on the tree before you go through the door to the roof. From top of tree you can jump to a branch against the building and jet pack up to roof right by the window door.

One thing you could do to make it even faster is pass the bank and instead of turning left go straight to the wall and jet pack up right to the window.. you will need all skills on the jet pack tho and a good jetpack
Good guide, unfortunatly, I couldn't reach the first chest. I only have the first teir boost so maybe that's why. On buying and selling ships would the Commerce teir help? As for Ship Building, Yes! I would def like a small, very fast, & very deadly ship. I'd give credits for a decent build.
The infinite chest glitching may be patched, as all of the chests in New Alantis seem to be missing. Can someone check so I can see if it's just my game?

Better idea is to land at NA, buy the ships, then fast travel to the commercial district so you’re not doubling back. I usually do the loop from Venus, to my outpost for the Al Fe XP mining / crafting tip, Cheyenne for the chests, then NA for this glitch.

What planet did you land on to get the new Atlantis vendor back? He’s still missing on my game even when I go to Venus and Akila city then back again.
So how do you get back to the outland building. Can you just walk through the scanner or will they report stealing.

I seem to be too heavy to be able to fast travel. Is there storage on my ship that I can put a few things out of my inventory so i can fast travel.
Yeah should be some on there, alternatively you can drop it on your ship
