Why would he put reload speed And recoil on Carmel?? Carmel doesn’t have recoil with the damage mod equipped. And reload speed why??? I would put rpm and body dmg mod on Carmel.

Let me answer that. Cus recoil is just a flex. And reload speed cus i like guns with fast reload. Body damage increases damage from 166 to 176 so not worth it and rpm increases it by 20 points which is also not worth it.
