2 women in my town got convicted of murder with the cell phone location data being the clincher. That was about 10 years ago. Anyone saying it doesn’t apply is just wishful thinking.

He was questioning the results of the election as is his right to do. And, in fact if he had information creating a question about the fairness and legitimacy of the election - it was his duty to question it. Have you listened to or read a transcript of the ENTIRE phone conversation Trump had with the GA State Attorney - Brad Raffensperger? They clipped on small statement out of a larger conversation and judged it out of context.
And also - I don’t care if 2 grand juries “found enough” evidence to indict him. As the saying goes - a grand jury could indict a ham sandwich if they choose to do so.

In the GA Senate hearing, it was expressed that Nathan Wade was WORKING a case and getting PAID before there was a case, before there were charges. Also, Nathan Wade didn't bill in 10 minute increments as normal Attorney's do, but instead in blocks of an hour or blocks of hours AND there was NO break down of what he did in each hour or his blocks of hours. . He just said, Pay me for 8 hours and nothing to show for his 8 hours. . THIS IS CALLED ENRICHEMENT . . .

The IOLTA Account Ms Merchant talked about during her testimony is only used for client and lawyer funds. It has specific rules and regulations that a lawyer must follow or lose the right to practice law and be disbarred. If Nathan Wade was hiding money in that account from his wife / ex-wife that's a big. No-No.
If Fani was taking funds from her campaign account she is in big trouble too.

I think Fanni did not have to prove her innocence. She should have, however, when confronted by the phone data, answered truthfully; instead of refuting that solid evidence.

There has been an allegation and evidence provided to back up that allegation. She doesnt have to provide anything that the court doesnt order her to provide. However that will weaken her defenses if she has the ability to refute evidence but refuses to do so. The judge can hold a negative inference if a person chooses to withhold information they have that could be used to rebuff any allegations.

Amanda Timpson (whistleblower with the audio recording) spoke at the Fulton County Board of Commissioners meeting on March 6, 2024. She only spoke for a few minutes… no one on the board acknowledged her, except to notify her of the time remaining to speak.
Didn’t realize she’d notified the Board of Commissioners at least 2x (and was basically ignored) prior to the recent court hearings… that was interesting.👀🤔

Idk, this judge was running unopposed for his judge seat, I believe today (March 8th) is the last day someone can enter to run against him. I think the judge didn't want to disqualify fani then "randomly" have someone run against him and win. If he is a decent man, husband, and father then I can understand not wanting to uproot your family (he recently moved there or got the judge seat i believe?) Especially if him and his family just moved there. I think he will announce his decision Monday or Tuesday

From another site, there is a lawyer who knows Fani, and many lawyers in the case who lives and works in a neighboring county. He explained that the D.A. before Fani was not well liked by many. He himself, donated to Fani's campaign as he said the people wanted anyone but the D.A. that was there. The judge apparently donated $150.00 according to him, which also according to him, is not much. (lol)

The Judge will run unchallenged for the next election if someone doesn't step up in the next few days before the deadline.
This is significant because it will determine how he rules in my opinion. He won't have to worry about upsetting his voters in that heavily Democrat community or feel the pressure to keep the case open. As it is now, I feel like he can rule honestly and keep his seat next year without fear of retribution. If ever there was a swamp that needed drained it would be the Fulton County Court and DA's office.
I pray someone challenges the Judge in the upcoming election- I can’t help but wonder if he wants 2 weeks for his decision when it’s crystal clear that Fani should be removed and charged. 2 weeks protects him from competition for his position as Judge! GA Senate should subpoena the cell records. Then send the results to the State Ethics Board for disbarment for both Willis and Wade.
