so im like 8 months late but i tried this layout today and the customers kept getting stuck on the parking spots cuz of the edge pieces. I can easily fix this by tweaking some stuff but im wondering if it will still be as efficient
The dude whos #1 uses this EXACT setup, i think its efficient enough lmfao, ive been using this setup for about 7 months and actually havnt had that problem interestingly
I make about 2 million an hour or more, depends what I sell, and all that is from over 250 trees. And 20 money trees will give you an extra 40% profit on every item. So add 40% to the item's sell price and that's how much you will make from them. But remember to take away the sell price from the buy price for the actual profit.
@@blaynemayhew5574 Yeah definitely. Everything I sell has more than doubled in sell profit. I would get rid of the bus stations and use ev parking if you don't have it. As long as you follow the layout tutorial, you should be good
Thanks, I appreciate it! I wouldn't say his is better though, since we both have the same layout. He's just put more work into decorating, and used different products
What I do is take a picture or write down the money you currently have, then in an hour type the money you have in a calculator, make sure you put in the bigger number first, then take that away from the smaller number. You should then find out the profit you're making. For example: $450,000 - $325000 = 125,000 profit.
I don't recommend it, because when the customers go on another floor, it will take them longer to get out of your store, which will delay the new customers to buy things and will slow down your income in long term. I hope it has helped you.
Im just wondering because the store in the other video has 2 floors and stuff, is this the same layout but you added a second floor on the other one, or is the other store a different one?
@@IAmASusBiscuit It has 2 floors, but the 2nd floor is not for customers. The other reason is because I think it looks better, but you can design it the way you would like, just make sure the customers are only on the ground floor and follow the way it's set up.
@@KIDF1ASH360 Oh thank you so much, I think i will stick with the first layout first and then maybe design it a little bit more but still having 1 floor.
I have a question. So basically I'm trying to get money trees right and like I confused if should should do category by category (Like focus on snacks then canned foods and next) or group by group like you see how the snacks, canned foods, cold foods, etc are all in one group next to each other when you go to store inventory. Right now I'm doing the group by group but I'm only getting like 1k per night
Yeah only use that 1 item in the category, like canned food on its own and all the items inside it. Unfortunately you won't make much money since you're not selling high value items. If you have lots of money trees, you would make 100k+ every hour regardless of what item you sell. If you want some money to begin with, sell furniture and every item in the category. And after that, start grinding out trees.
All the information you need is in my other video. Furniture is best to sell for money. And where I marked out the store with grey, you can place everything you need in there. You can also place sell checkouts on the grey lines if you want to as well.
Anywhere you like, as long as they don't block customers in your store, and keep them on the ground floor, as you don't need the top floor. Only for money trees and storage
It might a few reasons, you may have more than enough customers in your store and the game has limited it. Or you may need more signs and possibly a higher rating. A fair few of my spaces don't fill either and still works great, so it will be fine.
If you don't have enough for the tram station, don't worry about the bus station. The parking will work just as good until you can get the tram station. If you have ev parking as well, your store will still be quite efficient
It doesn't matter where, it will be better to have them in the store for the Janitors to clean up faster. And Put some decoration around them since they show up red in the decoration tab.
from 22:00 to 25:00 you made 15k (15k in 3 minutes) we double that (30k in 6 minutes) and multiply that by 10 (300k in 1 hour) In the thumbnail he says he makes millions an hour, millions is a minimum of 2 million, while he only makes 300k an hour so he makes around 7 times less then what he promised us 🤯
Firstly, how can I make 2 million an hour from fruit and with only 16 money trees? I can't. I used fruit in the video because you can make 8 money trees from them each time, and to show new players to add it in their store because of that, not for the profits. Secondly, watch my previous video as it explains everything you need to know to make millions per hour. This layout is able to make you millions per hour, hence the thumbnail. But it can't make you that as soon as you build it when you are new. That's why you need money trees to get that amount each hour. I hope that helps.
What he did was make the CHEAPEST way possible to make this store and commented multiple times if you want more profits put this and that to get more profit. Also you can use any product furniture makes the most money and gets a ton of customers. Also like he said in his comment you need TONS of money trees to do this like I have 20 in my shop giving me 40% extra profit which is amazing. I did a version of this store with a second floor and some minor critiques to get a better rating and I can def get 2 mil+ per hour. I think this guys build is legit and made for any player new or old. Hope that clears things up.
If you sell furniture, you should make about 150k an hour. The main reason why you aren't making lots of money is because you don't have a lot of or no money trees. If you watch my other video, it explains everything there.
If you watch my other retail tycoon 2 video it explains everything about it. Basically all you need is money trees to make more money. All the info you need is in that video

How do you get these trees
Can you do a starter layout pls
would furniture give alot more money?

this layout is pretty good i already farmed a few money trees but should i make a 2nd floor to it?
