I was playing Super bonus joker in William hill bookies just before Christmas and just as it awarded me 15 free spins from the wheel the machine crashed and took the bonus away from me after 300 quid in to it they said we can offer you nothing in return so I talked to the company care lot and they said fight it and you'll get your money so I did that and they gave me 500 quid but that was after three weeks of going back and forth
