@@AshishSingh-jv6jxab- is rare thats true rare as in less population with Ab- blood group but when it comes to who can donate... o- is rarest because O - can only receive from O - Like if AB- needs blood it can receive from O- ,A- ,B- and AB- But on the other hand if O- needs blood it can only receive from O- so as a receiver its rarest in the world
94% blood group in world are rhesas positive +. And 6% blood group are negative, o+ blood group is 36% dominated and A, B + dominates 40-55%, AB- is rare but O- is rarest among all hardly 3% people in world has this blood group .. ❤❤
if u see the dots, thats positive. when A+ is there, completely dost ban jate A mein. when B+ is there, completely dots ban jate B mein. when AB+ is there, A mein similar results and B mein similar results but RH mein similarity nahi. while O+ mein A and B similar hai. moreover RH factor mein bhi A and B jese factors hai. Aur bhi bhaut factors hote. this is just observation based categorizarion.
Explanation: 1) dot dot ..means There's no any reaction. 2)those without dots reaction occurs there due to antigen antibody reaction. 3) for ex . In 1st ,there is dot in A so, it's A blood group and not dot in B and also dot in Rh (+) ... So,its A+
If you can see granules in the blood it means antigen antibody rxn has occured so it means for e.g - A antigen is present so it coagulated to form granule with antibody whereas in case of O where none antigen is present the consistency of serum remained same
For people who are confused: A+, B+ means that RBC have either antigen A or B with an RH factor. AB+ positive means that both A and B antigen are present along with an Rh factot. O+ means that neither antigen A or B is present but an Rh factor is present, the RBC is devoid of any antigen. A-, B- means that either antigen A or B are present but no Rh factor on RBC AB- means that both antigen A and B are present but no Rh factor O- means that the RBC is devoid of either A or B antigen along with an Rh factor, this the rarest type of blood. Presence or absence of an Rh factor determines if your blood group is positive or negative. The antisera contains the antibodies for the respective antigens i.e. A, B, Rh and thus they coagulate.
People who didnt understand, here's the explanation. If first drop forms dot dot (coagulation), it means blood is positive for A blood group. If second drop forms the same, its for B blood group. So in the first slide, it was coagulation only in first drop, so A blood group. In second slide, second drop, so B blood group, in third drop it was both, so its AB blood group, in last slide, there was no dot dot in first 2 drops, so its 0 blood group. Now last drop (3rd drop) is about +ve and -ve in your blood group. If it forms dot dot, its +ve, if it doesn't form its -ve. So, 1st slide - A+ 2nd - B+ 3rd - AB+ 4th - O+ False positive means Tests show positive, but in reality its not present.
Oke well in the second slide how did u differentiated between B and Rh cuz in the video the results between them were almost similar.. but well very nice explanation ❤❤

Good 👍😊
I have also practiced this during my training 😊
For people who are confused:
A+, B+ means that RBC have either antigen A or B with an RH factor.
AB+ positive means that both A and B antigen are present along with an Rh factot.
O+ means that neither antigen A or B is present but an Rh factor is present, the RBC is devoid of any antigen.
A-, B- means that either antigen A or B are present but no Rh factor on RBC
AB- means that both antigen A and B are present but no Rh factor
O- means that the RBC is devoid of either A or B antigen along with an Rh factor, this the rarest type of blood.
So,
1st slide - A+
2nd - B+
3rd - AB+
4th - O+
False positive means Tests show positive, but in reality its not present.
Thanks for the explanation 👍
THEN HOW CAN YOU SAY, IT IS AB POSITIVE?
