losing friENDS

I'm from a small beach town in Massachusetts.
Over the past few years the town has been hit hard by addiction. This is a point of view I am sharing since this has effected myself and ones I love around me. I moved away from this town when I was 16 but I considered it my home town because I lived there since I was 9.
I chose not to include any names or personal info of the people I am talking about in respect to the families.
