I personally love these smaller homes. Easier to furnish and cheaper to live in. I would keep it a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. I probably would do a 3 car garage. I would like a bigger back yard with a pool and jacuzzi but other than that I really like it.

Nice small home. I like the floor plan. However, (😉).... though I love that green color , the rest of the staging looks dated to me, giving me 90’s feel with all the black details and trim and darkness in the master bathroom. Overall I like the house, nice small home to retire in. 🤠

Dislikes: No softener, No garage door opener, master bath needs a sliding barn door so an early riser doesn’t wake a partner otherwise this is definitely on my radar

Whoever designed the home needs to get schooling again all that dark green and black and white makes it look dark and outdated the different tiles in the bathrooms is just way too busy

Yeah price is a little high. Similar houses in Vegas are a little cheaper like under 300k. But I'm sure the location is good though
