Voldemort too, the AVPM series did a way better job of explaining his story and motivations. The movies just gloss over everything.
Harry and Ron have such perfect chemistry here, I rarely see actors feed off each other as well as these guys do in this scene. You really believe they're best friends for life.

At the end when they do the "Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherin" the Slytherins say Gryffindor, the Ravenclaws say Hufflepuff, the Hufflepuffs say Ravenclaw, and the Gryffindors say Slytherin and it's the best thing ever.

The one in Snape's memory where it was fine because James vs Snape was like Harry vs Malfoy, Dumbledore said. Everything else was happy word of mouth from good characters. And yes, Darren isn't a good singer or actor. I've seen the other Potter plays. It's not a character on stage, it's him.

I love how Lily says she found someone new, and you can tell the audience is starting to freak out just thinking, "oh my god did they? Did they? No way!!" and then Cedric comes out and they all just LOSE THEIR SHIT. Haha but for real, what the heck did Darren do to that tie??? hahahaa this is my favorite part of all the musicals though, it makes me cry so much.
Darren had unbuttoned the top button on his shirt and buttoned it over part of the tie, so anytime he tried to adjust it to make it right, it was stuck under his shirt so nothing really worked.
Definitely this is the BEST PART: SADNESS, HAPINESS, REMUS, SIRIUS, SNAPE, I'm laughing like a seal!!.

the best part of this whole scene is undoubtedly when joey breaks character for a split second to laugh at everything that tyler is doing as mcgonagall because he’s just doing the absolute most.
Oh totally. It was freaking impressive too. The intense brovado with the epic voice cracks was life! I was laughing too.

I'd just like to say that I never really appreciated Darren and Joey's acting when I first watched this way back when. They are fantastic together; and re-watching these (while sobbing, laughing, clapping, etc., might I add) made me realize how wonderful they really are as Harry and Ron.
