The last time I tried to find any playable version of this game online, they were all on very suspicious websites that were left forgotten for many years. So as far as I'm aware, other than me risking this old phone to try and upload the information for this app, it's gone.
Yup, this was a very old game with resolution focused around the iPhone 4 at most. I tried to record it in as best quality as I could but there might have been a few hiccups with sound and visuals since I needed to use a wifi method of recording.

There is none out there, sadly. If I can manage to find a safe way to jailbreak my phone with a 0% chance to lose the data, I will jailbreak it to get the ISO out there. Unless someone else out there has a phone with the game on it that they're willing to risk.
