I really appreciated your reviews. Thank you for the chill commentary. Such an american story, honoring the law yet still punishing the person found innocent -soo fukd in this fake country. I recommend the Trashman comics by Spain, and yet also there are the later comics by Chester Brown like Yummy Fur, but also I rec' Pekar's American Splendor, and the anthology Raw from Art Spiegelman, and there is also Zap -but check out Comics Confidential documentary to start, that is the best primer -which also lists Hernandez brothers' Love and Rockets... I think the OG "underground" is like 1960 - 1980, then most the stuff from the 70's onward is more like "alternative" than "underground", FYI.

Thanks! I will add those to the list. I do have some issues of Yummy Fur and the "Playboy" and "I Never Really Liked You" trades and they are great. I will look up and read/watch the rest. I appreciate your insight.
