Taylor don’t worry about your vlogs!! I think why most people fell into vlogs? ROUTINE…it’s soothing to see people doing every day things! You don’t need to do something exciting every time! Most of us just like comforting routines 💕 with nice people!

Taylor ....you really do make such thoughtful purchases. And btw your make-up is just to you! It always looks so fresh and pretty. You should do your own makeup for your wedding day! You could totally do a good job.
The robe is very beautiful but if you get a slip dress under bc the robe is so sheer you might ruin your hair and makeup taking it off. Brides usually just wear their bridal lingerie under their robes. It makes the process of putting your wedding dress on seamless and not worry about messing up your hair and makeup. Just a suggestion but definitely do what makes you happy. Cheers to you and your hubby 🥂
Taylor just my opinion but I’ve recently married my three daughters in the last few years so I’ve seen a lot of what’s out there for weddings. I absolutely love everything you choose because you’re so intentional about your purchases. I wish I had done so at your age. As far as the rob my favorite ribeanweee from my oldest daughter’s wedding. She lives in L.A. and was lucky enough to go to a Lunya sample sale before her wedding. She found the most beautiful silk done for herself and her bridal party as well as “the moms.” I still love it to this day. It’s such great quality and looks the same after three years. I feel like your face said it all in your vlog regarding your robe. While the lace was begonias seemed too mature looking for you. I’m sure like all your wedding purchases you’ll know when you find the right one. ❤
Hi Taylor and please wish Lyle a very Happy Birthday for me. I am glad that your hair appointment went well and that you have come to a decision about how you will wear your hair. I hope on your wedding day you look like the girl that Lyle fell in love with. Remember a bride has a special glow that only happens on their wedding day so even without a tan. extra makeup and fancy hairdo that they feel they need, You are naturally pretty without a little makeup. I watched a vlog of a girl who had a costly destination wedding and after they did her hair and makeup she decided that she did not look like herself and redid her hair and makeup herself. Her groom told her he was so glad that she looked like the girl he fell in love with but even more beautiful dressed as a bride, I'll never forget that volg. You always look so pretty with the little makeup you do use nut it is your day and you have to do what you feel will be right for you, just food for thought. Will see you in your next vlog.
That bridal robe is so beautiful! I just got mine from Le Rose Stories and I love it. I feel so elegant and beautiful in it. When I chose mine I made sure to pick a robe that I will keep forever - nothing too juvenile and something I will want to wear for the rest of my life and also good quality. I think the robe you chose has that timeless and sophisticated quality as well. If you're still looking though I would highly recommend Le Rose Stories. The robes are pricey but they come with a slip and I found that the sizing is very true to size (as a petite girl I was worried but I only have to tailor the length!). Hope this helps. 😊

Hello beautiful bride to be!!! Happy Birthday to Lyle!! I haven’t seen SNL in so long but that sounds like fun! Personally, I would prefer a silk robe - the one you bought is very pretty but the silk was easier for me to retain my modesty without much effort and very comfortable to lounge in worry free. The shoes are so beautiful and at end of night you will be glad you changed out of high heels ! Miami is great idea and so fun (I lived there for 5 yrs). Cute swimsuit! Love seeing how it is all coming together so perfectly. Do you journal? I journaled each day from engagement to wedding and it is such a precious, and funny at times, memory to look back on all these years later.

Also I JUST ordered from Six Stories last week. You and I are definitely on the same wavelength with our bridal shopping lately! I got the Barbie bride tee and Bride crewneck for my bachelorette. I'm eyeing the Wifey sweat set for after we get married. And my bachelorette is going to be in Palm Beach, Florida (close to Miami!).
You should consider the LSF Minka maxi dress as robe wear while you are getting ready. It buttons completely down the front. It fits in beautifully with your venue, and would be stunning over your new white bathing suit, that looks gorgeous on you btw!!! 💖🌷💖

The robe is pretty but way too sheer for my liking. You don't want to be freezing the whole time you are getting ready 😅

I think a silk robe would lie better against the body. The clingy nature if the current robe makes it look cheap.
I was thinking that too or if you do a lace? A lace on the silk or a stiffer lace the comments are being wonky I could not post it but there’s an all lace one on Anthropologie and it’s screaming Taylor! I hope she sees this ha 💕

Hi Danielle! I love that. I’m kind of thinking of looking into Silk instead! I just want to find a nice quality real silk vs a polyester which it seems so many robes these days are! The Sezane jeans are not very stretchy. In this video I’m wearing one size too small but once I got my correct size they are perfect!

Oh pls Taylor check out Anthropologie! I saw some bridal robes on there one made of lace but not sheer it was soo you! Anthropologie and Etsy have amazing robes you’ll find the right one you have amazing style! 💕
Acute silk scarf or other accessory with your sweatshirt and shorts would help blend them together❤
Are you planning a separate reception dress? I ask because since you’re wearing heels with your gown for the wedding, your gown will be too long if you change to flats. I wouldn’t think you’d be very happy holding your gown up to avoid stepping on it while you’re dancing in flats later in the evening.

Hi Taylor, how exciting watching you get your things for your wedding. That robe is not it, I would go satin and don't get a slip dress for under, wear something easy underneath to take off and not ruin your hair, like some satin pajamies. The white slippers are a great idea and don't worry they are a bit big because after being on your feet for a long time your feet really do swell a bit and they will fit fine.
Don't change your vlog style! please! Most vlogs consist of cleaning, working out and sponsor for better help or factor. I am over those, but don't feel pressure to come up with something else. You could make the vlog a little shorter if you don't want to go out? That's why I love your vlogs, you show us your city. I went to that homebodii place for the us. I thought the Avril or the Rosalina were gorgeous for you and look more comfortable.
Take pictures of yourself in the robe to see how you will like it on your wedding day.

I think the robe is pretty, but think you would probably suit a shorter version.
As my mother would say re: the bridal robe, "It looks a little skimpy" and honestly not that luxurious. You have time and so I think you can find something much better suited to your figure and personality.
The only time I can wear itchy, wool sweaters, is when I am in a very, very cold place.

It’s pretty but it’s very sheer, what are you going to wear underneath? I wore something that I could wear my underwear underneath and be comfortable but nice before putting my wedding dress on.

Just FYI - French has both masculine and feminine forms of nouns. “Fiancée” is the feminine form, and is only used when referring to a woman. “Fiancé” is the masculine form, and is only used when referring to a man. So Lyle is your fiancé. You are his fiancée. I’m not a fan of the white peignoir - IMHO it does look a bit “grandma”, the lace looks inexpensive, and it doesn’t do you any favors. If you must have one, my suggestion would be to look for something simple and not sheer. You’ll freeze on the plane in shorts. Please be sure that you’re not falling into the trap of buying every “bridal” item out there - you don’t need kitschy things that scream “bachelorette”.
