Dear Alex Yllanes! I saw your video of the Mega Mansion in Mawah (hope that's how it's spelt!) that took 12 years to build. Was it ever on the market or simply as a display home? This is my favourite video as everything in that house is gobsmackingly beautiful and so well crafted. I watch it quite regularly and the music is lovely too!
Was amazed by the house till I read this burglary report: Wed Jan 20 2021 Actor(S) Entered The Home Through An Unlocked Rear Door Second Floor Bedrooms Were Found To Be Ransacked And The Resident Reported Items Of Jewelry And Other Property, Valued At Approximately $ 2,900, To Have Been Taken.
Great character and taste! I just think the layout of the furniture or bathrooms are off. Their interior designer did an aweful job arranging the stuff and they could have planned their bath better
@@northnewjerseyfinehometour7033 Of course it is. All that for only 2.5. Once you change the roofing and the siding that overall appeal of the house drastically increases. The interior is amazing.
not really a fan of the open concept and there are quite a few homes that are surrounding this one, so the 2 flat acres and the fact that it backs up to a park really hold no water for me.
@@northnewjerseyfinehometour7033 - I can only assume that the folks who own this also own a beach property and don’t spend many summer days at this residence.

I certainly don't like having the kitchen open to the Dining Room or a Dining Room open to everywhere. It should be more defined and intimate.
