The sidewalk is already has too many people in the way, too many homeless in the way, and too many scooters in the way. Don't need robots in the way too.
The E-Scooters are far worse.. because the folks that drive em, drive on the sidewalk when they shouldn't and then 'park' them in the center of the sidewalk. Sure, I have had a few run ins with the robots but all in all ok with them
Nah they can drive on the sidewalks. It's a weird state because they are too slow on roads, and too fast on sidewalks. I personally do a combo of both, but like, I slow down next to people to a walking speed on it. But I also agree, most people are either way too confident on them, or way to safe

Agreed. Those woman look like the type to want to file a complaint for racism because Best Buy sells “black screen tv’s” - these women should get a man to keep them busy.
@hakimbandaru1915 What are you even talking about? No TV is marketed as a "black-screen TV" and one of the people they interviewed was legitimately disabled. "Hurrdurr women who complain need a man" sounds like something off a 1910 anti-suffrage poster
And you don’t have to worry about some disgruntled driver spitting in your food cuz you didnt tip good. No tips for robots. Yup, i’m loving this idea already
It's not a bad idea. My problem with them is how loud and busy they are visually. It's not necessary. They should be more utilitarian looking. People walk around all the time without moving lights outlining our silhouettes - even at night. They just need a small white light in front and red in back, so we can tell which direction they are going - off in the day and on at night. I don't think they need to be "cute", either, or have cartoon eyes. It's just annoying.

The lights that they have on them at night are blinding.
Shortly after the Coco delivery robots are introduced, the Pentagon sees potential to help with its delivery problems in its offices. The Pentagon becomes so efficient that Washington decides to arm the Coco robots and force law enforcement to partner with them. Police become obsolete and are replaced with robotic technology. Afterwards, law enforcement operates with a perfect operational record. Congress then decides to expand the technology in the Pentagon. The Robotic Defense funding bill is passed in Congress. The system goes online on October 4th, 2024. Human decisions are removed from strategic defense. The Department of Robotic Defense begins to learn at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware 2:14 AM, EST, October 29th. In a panic, they try to pull the plug… Robotic Defense fights back.
when will those companies realize those robots can easily be disabled and taken away. And in those areas with high thefts and criminal activities. Unless the restaurant is just right down the street, the robots aren't going to travel any faster than an old person walking. It's would be better to just go and pick up food at restaurant than waiting forever for a robot that may never even arrive. That's why we don't really see anyone actually using those robots
None of this is accurate. They are literally everyone. No one steals them, you can’t do that, the eyes are cameras and wtf would you want to? No one wants these annoying things. They are faster than a person walking because we don’t have wheels, depends on how many times they stop. Hope this helps.
