Sounds of the thunderstorm

A 15 minute sound recording of a thunderstorm with building thunder and rain. Thunderstorm location was Sydney Australia, ~9pm 19 February 2012. The recording was in a built up area near the Sydney CBD but there is little background noise over than the storm itself.
If you find rain, thunder or storms in general relaxing perhaps turn down the volume and play through decent speakers.
While I do have the video that matches this audio (recording is from a video camera) I found the continuous lightning flashes to be annoying after a few minutes. I have instead opted for a relaxing static image.

I literally sat up to 2am and couldn’t go to sleep so I went to the kitchen and grab snacks and stared at the ceiling while listening to this. When I finished my snack I turned on my side and in a matter of 3 minutes I was asleep.
