Bicycles, ebikes and escooters are great options for last mile, short distance travel.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles by providing safe, protected bike lanes and trails. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Bicycles are healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. Electric bicycles are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Ride to work, ride to school or ride for fun. Go electric for clean air to breathe.
Hard suspension is great if one hits a pothole with 25 km/h. It's therefore more of a safety feature than comfort. At 9:04 one can see that the front suspension is working good. One can put 5 psi less in the tyre and get a softer ride. Obviously only if one doesn't need the full battery capacity for the commute.
One has to multiply Ah (current * time = Ampere *hours) with voltage to get the energy content of the battery. This bicyle is 48 Volts compared to 36 Volts of many other bicyles. 16Ah * 48 V is pretty good.
The seat post has to be lifted. In such low position one can't get force on the pedal. No wonder cycling wasn't comfortable.
From the diameter of the pipes I conclude the frame is steel, not Aluminium alloy. That means a few kg extra, but it also means one can weld any damages.
The rims also look steel to me, just like with motor bikes.
Drum breaks are good. Disc breaks have to be hydraulic, otherwise they don't break properly or break all the time. Actually a safety feature with bicycles for children: the non hydraulic disc breaks slow the children all the time. Otherwise accidents would happen. People would say bicycles for children are not good.
Anyway for 25 km/h I assume drum breaks will do. I feel the drum breaks in your video are not adjusted properly. The rear wheel didn't spin freely.

Good reviews : I think the seating position is not comfortable bcoz it's too low & looks awkward And Stiff Suspension is not Good for A Comfortable ride : Overall still needs to be improved...
I rather think he didn't lift the seat. However I haven't seen the bike in real life. Not easily available in the south. At any rate with this riding position he can't get force on the pedals.

I unable to understand the need of four shockabsorbers in rear side while its load capacity is only 150 kg. Even in havier bikes just two shockers are enough. SO WHY FOUR SHOCKERS ? Please clear this issue. because due to this bike is looking ugly .

A bicycle with 24 inch tyres is not advisable for short people? That's the tyre size for 12 year olds. I rather wonder if it's o.k. for tall people. But then one can I assume lift the seat.
I guess they chose 24 inch instead of 26 inch to keep the centre of gravity low or for pillon riders to get the leg above the bike. But I'm just guessing.

Nice start by Essel EV. But why they dont work for the design. This EV looks soo horrible, its better to use e-bicycle instead of that. Its not only looks bad in males (boys) but looks awful for girls also. The dashboard on front showing nothing than a battery. Is Essel serious about their busines or not. Who needs 4 shock absorber in rear, and it addes the ugly design of this thrash. The worst design they pick and ordered in bulk. Unbelievable. The wheel locking system is so dangerous, if somebody forgets to unlock then he will definitely fall. Truly saying if somebody purchase this and ride, ppls will laugh on him/ her. I saw that EV in person and rider looks joker while driving it. Earlier i had kinetic lune TFR, whoes design, the ride quality, the suspension is way more better than this joker EV. I am your big fan sir, but while u r riding this thrash, the appearence is very bad.
