-Represented Western Province at the u17 Interprovincial Sevens Tournement as a forward (2015)

I've played against this guy 7 times in my high school career, and not once did he ever have a bad game. It's a pity that this video never highlighted his breakdown skills more. His understanding and skills at the breakdown is uncommon in someone of his age. He played like Heinrich Brussow, always at the edge of the law, always outsmarting the ref and opposition,always bulling the breakdown and tackle area. I remember how frustrated my teammates and coaches would get when Liam destroyed us at the breakdown, often winning 6 or more turnovers per game. And for someone of his size, he is stupidly powerful. Tackling him was a nightmare. I hope he continues to play rugby, and I hope he lives up to his potential.
